Jon and Chris,

I would like to share my appreciation for one of your employees. Justin recently helped me put together an order for Sun Microsystems. He went above and beyond my expectations for customer service.

My role at Sun is managing the Call Center for the Americas. I specialize in customer service skills and I must say that Justin is at the top of any class. He was very responsive to my emails and worked diligently to make us successful with the design.

He is an asset to your company and because of my experience, I have recommended other projects to come to you guys.
